Classic single-deck 21, reshuffled every hand. Get closer to 21 than the dealer without going over. Dealer draws to 16 and stands on all 17s — hard or soft.

• Hit — take another card.
• Stand — keep your total and end your turn.
• Double — on your first two cards only: double your bet, take exactly one more card, then stand.
• Split — on a starting pair (two cards of the same rank): split into two hands, each with its own equal bet. Split Aces get one card each and can't be hit again.

"Pays" is the total returned per hand, wager included — 2x is even money, 2.5x is blackjack's 3-to-2, 1x is a push (your bet back). A natural blackjack (Ace + ten-value card on the deal) beats any non-blackjack 21 made by hitting, splitting or doubling.
