You move through a 21 by 23 maze eating the dots along its corridors while four ghosts hunt you. The middle row is open at both sides, so running off the left edge brings you back on the right. Eat every dot and the maze refills and the level goes up. Touching a ghost costs a life, and the run ends when all three are gone.
Each small dot is worth 10 points. The four large pulsing pellets pay 50 and also make you dangerous for the next 200 frames: every ghost turns purple, abandons the chase and wanders at random, and running into one is worth 200 points and sends it back to the middle of the maze. Ghost values do not stack, so four ghosts eaten on one pellet pay 200 each. Clearing the maze awards no points directly; it just gives you fresh dots.
Two hundred frames, roughly three seconds of play. The ghosts return to their own colours and resume chasing the moment it expires.
The maze refills with dots but the ghosts move at the same speed, so later levels test your stamina rather than raising difficulty.
Yes — on a touch screen the game shows on-screen buttons, and games played with a mouse work by tapping.
