Setup

• One queen is pulled at random from a standard 52-card deck, leaving three queens instead of four.
• The remaining 51 cards are dealt out to everyone at the table (hands may differ in size by one card).
• Before play begins, every hand lays down any pairs it was dealt.

On your turn

• Discard any matching pairs from your hand — two cards of the same rank, any suits.
• If that empties your hand, you're safe and you're done for the round.
• Otherwise, draw one card blind from the player to your left — tap any card in their fanned, face-down hand.

Losing

Since one queen has no partner, someone always ends up holding it alone once every other pair in play has been matched off. Whoever is left holding that single queen when everyone else is safe loses the round — the rest of the table wins.

Playing against the table

Play moves left around the table. The computer opponents discard and draw the same way you do — there's no skill in which card you draw (every back looks the same), just in the luck of the deal.
